hey everyone

**************************
FEATURING LIGHTSABERS!!

**************************

well suprisingly ONLY 1 PERSON commented on my moon idea, i still think it's the best idea since the internet [link] . anyway, u may remember i said i was going to buy a camera a few weeks ago, well, that didnt happen because i spent the money helping my girlfriend move half-way accross the country where she now stays :) i miss her but it was the best decision. today is also the day to mark 1 month of us being together :) yay! anyway, u prolly dont care :P

as for the camera, i am still keen to get it, hopefully the end of this month.

now, for my main reason of writing this entry. emo's and dA. it's suprising how many there are. i :+devwatch: alot of ppl (about 700) but atleast 500 of them are amazingly talented artists, yet without fail, every single day i get journal entries from them randomly about "how much life sucks" etc etc. i'm not trying to belittle their emotions, it's actually quite tragic. and it just goes to show, that being good at art doesnt make you happy, it seems that whether you suck or are brilliant you're still equally as susceptible to get depressed.

so if you are feeling depressed because you suck at art (dont worry, i suck too :P well, i'm not too bad when i spend like a month on a single piece) then dont see "getting better" as your escape from the depression, cuz the chances are when you get good u will still be depressed, and then u wont even enjoy being good. i think it's important to find happiness and be content with who you are. although i'm not one to talk as i was suicidal for many months at the first half of this year because someone who i loved was hurting me, so yes, sometimes it's beyond our control and we just need to persevere, but sometimes it simply takes an attitude adjustment. perspective. try thinking more about the positive things in your life than the negative. cuz you're the only one who will suffer from the negativity, i garantee u there is no cosmic power that grants wishes to the most negative people, infact, the one's who can find contention often find themselves more lucky.

now, i just thought i'd add that =morbidthegrim whom i mentioned before as having the style of photography i like most managed to dropped his photography equipment into a lake, true story, lol, and yet he isn't saying life sucks :XD:

anyway, thats more of a personal rant than meant to help anyone specific, maybe somebody someday will read this and find it mildly interesting. lol.
